"Dirty Classes for
Designers & Industry Experts" . . .
. . . as well as homeowners and clients of
designers.
(Dirty
classes, by the way, are free of charge and have been at no charge
since 1981.)
For the
last 40 years, we have been relied on by designers, homeowners,
fabric and furniture manufacturers, architects and showroom
personnel for providing expert service in a timely manner, 6 days
each week. The absolute basis for our success is because WE
CARE so much. We love what we do, and go out of our
way at every opportunity to prove this to our
customers.
One of
the main reasons we are in such constant demand is our focus on
providing service only were we believe that you will receive value
as a result. We regularly tell people not to have certain things
cleaned because they are not worth it or they will soil again
rapidly or that pervious efforts by other cleaning firms have
limited our ability to get it clean.
Probably
the most common limitation to success, we find, is when people go
the "self help" route and do everything possible to ruin something
and only then call for help. This unfortunately happens every day.
Accidents happen usually at precisely the wrong time. As a result,
people get mad and impulsive and then try everything they can find
under the kitchen sink. This is not the way to achieve
success.
We
provide great educational classes for residential and commercial
cleaning maintenance. A good example of where this would come in
handy is if you have been using someone for years and years for
your cleaning needs but the person does not clean upholstery or is
not very good at getting out stains or spills or discolorations.
Another example is in commercial buildings where the maintenance
firm does the nighttime work but is limited in their abilities. We
work for several of these firms when they need fabric wall touch-up
or cleaning. For example, if there are stains that they have worked
on and cannot get out after repeated attempts.
We Also Go One
Step Further:
We Provide
Education for those who want to learn all about cleaning
procedures, the removal of stains, discolorations and odors, as
well as achieving additional knowledge of what fabrics to use in
specific situations. Also, when "fabric protection" is justified,
which cleaning method should be used under different situations and
conditions as well as how area rugs should be cleaned, cared for,
and restored when necessary.
