THEN THERE IS THE PLANT WORK. Every day, Monday through Friday, people bring in cushions, pillows, area rugs, roman shades, drapes (we specialize in removing or reducing the intensity of stains such as animal, food and water stains), and lots of upholstery fabric to clean or deal with stains or odor, leather to clean, repair or re-dye. We have items all over our plant with their specific challenge and need. All items are inspected when brought in and a detailed receipt is given to the customer and anticipated completion time. Conditions that can't be improved are noted as well as those that can be. And prices are always given, in advance, so there are no surprises. If we don't know what the cost is going to be yet, you will know this and will be called or faxed with the information needed when the amount is determined. We receive shipments from places as far away as Hawaii, Palm Desert, San Diego and San Francisco. Designers and manufacturers in New York, Boston and other major cities recommend us to their clients here in the Southern California area. We often receive referrals from numerous other cleaning firms in our area who feel uncomfortable in doing the work themselves or believe that their process or experience is not sufficient to satisfy the customer.
