Uniqueness is something we love to boast about.  We love testing things to see if something will come out or not and we especially encourage people to bring in their worst cushion, for example, and have us clean it before they go to the expense of having us go to their home only to find out that the results would be unsatisfactory.

We have several large work tables where we spread out what we are testing on and you are capable of going through this process with us and see the results. We don’t hide things and encourage your participation.  Sometimes you come up with an idea that we have not thought of and, together we find a great solution.

Especially when others have told you “no,” is when you want to come see us.

We have been hired as consultants when a customer has problems with fabrics and we are needed to determine what can be done to solve their problem.
