WORKING ON STAINS & DISCOLORATIONS

This is where we really shine because, again, we love that challenge.  We have alkaline, enzyme, acidic, oxidizer, solvent, emulsifier, deterger and other chemicals that are part of our arsenal.  But these alone will not do the job.  It is the skill, the knowledge, the desire to be the best that affords you the best results. It is knowing what to use, in what order, in what amount, and how to use it that is essential. Our men are trained to think, use their imagination (and to call for help when they need it).  Like I have said, anyone can clean a carpet or couch- it is the challenge of getting out the stains that is the test of how good a firm is.  This is why we refer ourselves as “Problem Solvers” and not just cleaners.

I refuse to sell chemicals to our customers and have not done this for 40 years.  They forget what the chemical was for or do it improperly or, being mad or impulsive, don’t know when to stop even if they are using it properly.  Just call for advice.  Below, however, I will provide you with the following guidelines:
