HAVE AN ACCIDENT?
Don’t panic and don’t be impulsive. Read what follows
carefully.
Scoop up or wipe up what you can or blot if it
is a liquid. If you
have something like a sauce or gravy, use a spatula or large
spoon. Again, if you
have a wet pick-up vacuum, then use it right away.
Do not pour water or soda water unless you
have been successful in doing this in the past. You will probably just spread and
dilute the substance and make it harder for you or us to get it out
later on.
Store bought products are soapy and even
though they say they are for everything, keep in mind that my men
carry 12 different chemicals that are all different and they use
different chemicals for different substances and liquids- you may
only have one product that is a general spotter that may not
work.
Don’t rub, Don’t scrub. Don’t disturb the nap. Just call for
advice.
